Use of the service

You may use FileTools.io to upload, process, and download your own files, or files you have the legal right to process. You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or contains malware.

No account, your responsibility

The Service does not require an account and does not permanently store your files. Processed files are deleted within one hour, so you are responsible for downloading and backing up your own results promptly.

Intellectual property

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload and to the results we generate from them. We claim no ownership over your content.

Service availability

We aim to keep FileTools.io available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileTools.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data resulting from the automatic deletion described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguished from tool content and are served in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
